Let freedom ring...and birthday boys sing!

We celebrated Sasha's 4th/1st birthday this weekend with his Nana, Aunt Sara, and cousins from out of state. We had a super fun weekend. Trey and Luke LOVED playing with the kids again, and Ana and Sasha enjoyed meeting their cousins and their aunt for the very first time (and of course seeing their nana again) :)

Yes, he is trying to touch the candles. No, he was not successful.

Blowing out the candles (we practiced).

Hooray!

For the record, he does not like cake.

To get a feel for Sasha's size check out nearly 4 year old Sasha next to nearly 4 year old  Emily. Their  birthdays are 12 days apart...and Emily is average size (not a giant as she might appear to be next to itsy bitsy Sasha).

Bubbles!

The 3 little ones feel asleep on the way home from church. They were all in the same position, but I wasn't crafty enough to get a picture of all of them without a seat in the way. I started taking individual pictures, but Sasha woke up before I could get his picture.

Trey's abs of steel!

Cool Mr. Lukey

Happy Birthday to your sweet boy! We figured out a way to get your pictures printed so I borrowed a few more from your blog posts. We are going to pick them up today and show them to the judge (how well the kids are doing in a family and how awesome adoption is :)
Then we will leave them for the nannies. They were so excited to see them on our phone I just had to find a way to leave them for them.
